
Healthy Pizza Dip and More Fun in Your Pressure Cooker
This healthy pizza dip features a creamy white bean base, zesty marinara, melted mozzarella, and fresh basil for a delicious and lighter crowd-pleasing appetizer.

- 1 Oven-safe baking dish
- 1 Oven Preheated to 425°F

- 15 oz cannellini beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella or non-dairy substitute
- 2 tablespoon fresh basil
- additional pizza toppers e.g., tomatoes, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives
- dippers of choice e.g., baguette, bread sticks, pita chips, tortilla chips, pretzels, flatbread

Instructions
- In a food processor combine the beans, olive oil, water, and Italian seasoning.
- Process on high for 1-2 minutes, or until there is a creamy, smooth bean mixture.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the bean layer on the bottom of an oven-safe baking dish.
- Top with the cup of marinara, then the shredded cheese.
- Bake at 425°F for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Garnish with fresh julienned basil.
- Serve with your favorite dippers.
