- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce low sodium optional

- 1 tablespoon green onions chopped
- 1 sheet nori cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish

- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking and scoop about 2 tablespoons of rice into your hand.
- Make an indentation in the center and add a spoonful of the tuna filling.
- Mold the rice around the filling to form a ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Garnish with nori strips and sesame seeds. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
